This course, based on Australian legislation, is designed to minimise the risk of bullying and harassment occurring in the workplace. The course provides employees with an understanding of how the law defines bullying and harassment in the workplace and provides an understanding of the effects of bullying and harassment, the types of behaviours that are defined as such, how to identify these behaviours and the employee responsibilities and actions to take. This course provides an understanding of how to deal with and de-escalate conflict in a workplace setting. Duration: 35

This course has been developed to provide an understanding of duty of care responsibilities in the workplace. Duration: 20

This course provides an understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO), discrimination and how complaints are managed. Duration: 40

This course provides an understanding of the steps that can be taken to help ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of an organisation’s information. Duration: 30 mins

This course has been developed to provide an understanding of how to set up a safe, healthy and productive office workspace and how to work safely in an office environment. Duration: 40 mins

This course provides the learner with an understanding of the right to privacy and how personal information must be protected in the workplace. Duration: 30 mins  

Risk Management for Workers

This course provides an understanding of what risk is, how risk is managed in the workplace and the employee role in reducing risks to health and safety. Duration: 30 mins  

Sexual Harassment

This course provides the learner with an understanding of how to recognise and avoid behaviour that could be considered sexual harassment, and what to do if they are being subjected to or witness this type of behaviour in a workplace setting. Duration: 25 mins  

Work Health and Safety Fundamentals

This course provides an understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace, how risk is managed in the workplace using a risk management process, and what you should expect to find in the workplace to help you work safely. Duration: 45 mins
