Better Relationships, Greater Understanding
April 8 @ 9:30 am - 4:30 pm$20 – $300
As individuals we all have preferred and habitual ways of behaving and responding to situations. Knowing your own behavioural style is important – the more you know about yourself the better! To know and understand other people’s preferred working style is also important.
This workshop will introduce you to the four primary behavioural styles so that you can better understand where people are “coming from” and why they do the things they do. No one behavioural style is better or worse, each has strengths and limitations. This workshop will explore what is most important, so you can develop the ability to study situations and people and then adjust your behaviour appropriately to increase the likelihood of a positive outcome.
- Identification of the importance of emotional intelligence to enhance relationships
- Exploration of behavioural styles to develop deeper understanding of your own style and communication approaches
- Reflection on skills and ,mindset need to effectively be in relationship and develop greater understanding
Target Audience Managers, Team Leaders & aged care staff with a passion to meld complex frameworks with effective practices.
