About this workshop
This workshop will focus on developing your skills to develop, encourage and support a learning environment in your organisation where work and learning come together. The workshop will focus on the development of strategies to facilitate and promote learning and to monitor and improve learning performance, including developing and implementing learning plans. We will look at how managers can create learning opportunities, promote the desire to learn and the access to learning opportunities. We will also focus on how to preserve the learning once it has been undertaken and how learning can and should improve an individual’s effectiveness.
