Lead and manage team effectiveness (Hobart)

Michael is currently the Director of Arbour Health and works closely with the Aged Services and Medical Sector to develop the capabilities of human resources across these sectors. He is also a lecturer at the University of Tasmania on Human Resources and Management and Business. He has 16 years of management and leadership development experience in the health sector. He currently provides specialist Management consultancy services to the Aged and Medical sectors which enables him to ensure that he is current with industry requirements and changes.
Michael is also undertaking three quality audit units as part of his ongoing VET professional development. These include: BSBAUD501 Initiate a quality audit, BSBAUD503 Lead a quality audit, BSBAUD504 Report on a quality audit. These units will continue to foster a strong focus on quality training and assessment practices. He previously co-delivered management skills set training for the Aged Care Sector (2014/2015) in partnership with Aged & Community Services Tasmania

- General Practice Accreditation Surveyor
- Bachelor of Science (Business Administration)
- Master of Business Administration (UTAS)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
