Sheree Lewis has been a friend of the Better Practice Project for over 10 years. She has 25 years of consulting, training and facilitation experience which includes working with people from all levels and a wide range of industry sectors. Sheree has extensive experience in the design, development and facilitation of a range of management and professional development programs.

To ensure staff deliver a high level of service required it is imperative they are provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to do their work. Getting our workforce to strengthen their capacity often requires you to wear many hats. You may find your role includes coaching, mentoring, teaching, encouraging and training. As many of us are time constrained this one day workshop can enhance your effectiveness in getting the best out of your teams.

This Masterclass facilitated by Sheree Lewis, aims to equip you with tools and strategies to enhance your existing skill set. It is a great opportunity for service providers to gain some training tips on how to consolidate and enhance your staff’s client-centred approach to service delivery.   It is a hands-on and very practical day that will provide you with valuable knowledge and training skills that you can immediately implement in your organisation.
