The First Nation Ways of Being: Practicalities of working with First Nation people in Aged Care is designed specifically for aged care, utilising both applied and action research. Combined with a fusion of First Nations’ ways of knowing and being, this program offers resources from reputable sources and demonstrates appropriate cultural protocols.
This module is designed with consideration to the learning preferences of First Nations Peoples, this meaningful content engages the participant to ‘walk together’ through appropriate activities to reinforce learning. All material is peer reviewed.
