Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS, SUBSTITUTIONS & TRANSFERS:
ACSA’s Training and Professional Development programs (T&PD) are conducted subject to sufficient registrations. Course viability is assessed two weeks prior to the commencement of the course when a decision will be made to confirm or cancel.
If a course is cancelled, a full refund will be paid to delegate who made the purchase.
If an attendee withdraws from a course within 14 days or less prior to the commencement date of the course no refund will be payable. If a attendee withdraws from a course 15 days or more prior to the commencement of the course, and notification is received in writing, a refund will be provided less a $55 administration fee per person.
If an attendee wishes to transfer to another ACSA T&PD program, this is at the discretion of ACSA based on a written request at least 15 days prior to commencement of the course.
If an attendee is unable to attend, a substitute is possible. ACSA must be advised in writing prior to the commencement of the program. If a replacement attendee is not a member, the non-member fee will apply, and the difference must be paid immediately and prior to the event.
No refunds or transfers will be considered for failure to attend.
All program fees are advertised in the course marketing material and on the ACSA website. Unless stated otherwise, fees cover the training, all course materials, catering and are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
Please note: when registering multiple people, a unique email address is needed for each delegate to ensure the registration gets processed correctly.
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the program.
Payment must be made by credit card or PayPal via the website.
In some cases, at the discretion of ACSA, invoices for programs may be issued.
Invoices have a payment term of 14 days from the date of issue. All invoices must be settled prior to the event. Registrations received within 14 days of the commencement of the event need to be settled immediately and prior to the event. Failure to make payment as required may result in cancellation of registration.
A certificate of participation is available upon request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The certificate(s) will then be emailed to the organisation of the elected contact person
ACSA presenters endeavour to provide current and accurate information at all programs. All information presented is intended to be general and should not be relied upon as professional advice applying to specific circumstances.
Although every effort will be made to keep presentations as represented, ACSA reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program including cancellation where required.
USE OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS
At ACSA’s programs, photos or videos may be taken. Photos or Videos of attendees may be used in our marketing materials, on social media, publications or communications. If you do not want your image used, please advise us via writing. Please note, ACSA will not give compensation to anyone for use of these images or videos. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions and shall be the property of ACSA.
For an ACSA program, registrants’ details may be shared with the sponsor or trainer. ACSA will only share a registrant’s name, position and organisation. No contact information such as emails or phone numbers will be shared unless ACSA has the permission from the individual.
